90-MINUTE BREAKTHROUGH SESSION

Our work together always goes at your pace and at your comfort level. This process is never rushed, but instead patient, compassionate, safe and nuturing. And you are always the leader of where we go.

Each session builds on the last, creating small building blocks towards lasting change… that touches every area of your life.

My clients often feel a weight lift after our first session and it continues through our sessions, with awareness and growth unfolding each week.

Our work together is centered on your goals, your pace, and what feels safe. I may gently challenge you at times, but you will always decide where we go.

I will always show up fully for you, but your progress, growth, healing, and success will be based on you showing up, staying committed, consistent in the work, open, and vulnerable.

If you choose either the 3-month or 6-month coaching package, you will receive unlimited coaching support throughout the duration of program through Telegram (Monday - Friday, 9am -5pm | via text, audio, or video) allowing you to progress forward between sessions and have someone to guide you through challenges that arise. You’ll also receive numerous tools, resources, and reflection assignments to deepen and progress your healing.
